I am a software engineering leader and solutions architect based in Boston working on enterprise-scale application development at Boston Consulting Group. I am passionate about enabling engineering teams and using software craftsmanship principles to build amazing software.

I write here so that my thoughts are collected and can be both shared and referenced. I take notes by hand, I journal weekly, and have many different processes that help me cope with ADHD as an adult without medications.

Together with my wife we have built a phenominal life first in Lincoln, RI and now in Norfolk, MA. Kristie definitely gets all the credit for this… I am just in the passenger seat for the ride. We have two wonderful kids who impress me daily with their growth, indepedence, and intelligence. Our first dog T.J passed during the pandemic, and recently we welcomed a cavapoo - Lincoln - into the family.

My interests are still all over the place. I’ve focused most of my winter free-time on skiing. Still hacking every device and system I can get my hands on. Still tinkering with new programming languages. Trying out the 3D printing thing but not really doing much with it. Still running my own home server for various functionality. Still listening to way too much music, but still mostly Nine Inch Nails.

Anyway, I have it pretty good. If there’s something specific you’d like answered about me, just ask.
